In 2012, our Founder, Ryan, lived in the Philippines, working to help build processes and train large teams to support a global organization and their operations. During this time, he formed relationships that unknowingly became the bedrock of what is now Assistant Launch.

Ryan was no stranger to the world of entrepreneurship. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, he grew up breathing in the exhilaration and challenges that came with startup life. He was privy to the problems that founders grappled with regularly, as they were the topic of many conversations.

Ryan's entrepreneurial spirit continued to flourish in Southern California after 2012 as He spent the next decade in startup growth and company scaling.  Much of the success of his companies and their growth was due to locating incredible talent globally, developing great training, and crafting strong systems for efficient growth.

As a member of various entrepreneurial peer groups, Ryan noticed that many of the successful founders in his network, those he worked with, shared a common story. These successful entrepreneurs - their personal and business admin lives were often in disarray. The issue was not just the complexity of the problem, but that many didn't even know where to start when it came to fixing it.

Drawing on his love for systems and product development, Ryan looked at this problem through a new lens. He recognized that founders needed assistance and knew he could create a solution. Applying his system thinking, he aimed to iron out these friction points and ensure client success.
After addressing some of these problems and sharing his plans to solve them at a conference, the seeds for Assistant Launch were sown. Word spread rapidly about the potential of Ryan's idea to offer executive assistance to overwhelmed founders. And just like that, Assistant Launch was catapulted into existence, growing swiftly through word-of-mouth across the globe.
