- Professional Boundaries: Can you be friendly and supportive while remaining a professional employee?
- Reliability: In this role, being "on time" is often being late. They expect 100% dependability.
Tips on Getting Ready
- Prepare Your "Crisis" Stories: Have 2–3 examples ready using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) where you solved a major problem under pressure.
- Research the Principal: If you know who you will be assisting, research their business or public profile. Understanding their world helps you tailor your answers.
- Audit Your Tech: Be ready to discuss the apps you use for organization, such as Todoist, Trello, Google Calendar, or TripIt.
